Mark David

Mark David and John Michael have a combined experience of 8 state chess titles. Their rankings have been as high as 5th and 7th nationally. They have taught for four years and have produced state championship teams. In a single academic year they have taught over 120 students.

Mark David Wright is the chess coach of chess club 4 kids. He has proven himself as a player and coach. Mark David has won over 50 chess trophies. Mark David is 15 years old and attends Tree of Life High School. He began playing chess at the age of 4.

Mark David coaches three chess club teams. He is the coach for Avery Elementary in Hilliard, and the Hanby Magnet School in Westerville. He also coaches a chess team run by the Powell Parks and Recreation Department.

The Principal of Avery Elementary in Hilliard, Steven Beale said,

"I have worked with adults over the years who are not nearly as advanced in their thinking or prepared as Mark David Wright. He runs the chess club very, very well."

Mark David has coached State and National Individual Champions. He has coached several first and second place state champions in the State of Ohio. He has coached teams that have placed first, second, and third in many tournaments.
